Unlimited Sea Adventures was founded in 2002.   Our facility is a family owned and operated scuba diving business.  Our first priority is Safety!!  We use & sell the safest dive gear there is.   As you will read about on our other pages, the Captain teaches Sdi/Tdi (Scuba Diving International/ Technical Diving International) Certification.   One of the reasons he teaches this particular certification is because this was the only agency who would give him a waiver to teach weight belt removal.   This is just one of many safety techniques you will be taught but not all dive agencies teach this.   As with any extreme outdoor activity you must know everything there is in the event of an emergency. 



Let me start by introducing myself and telling you alittle bit about who I am.   My name is Captain Sam.  I learned how to scuba dive at the young age of 16yrs old.  My friends and I would go out every weekend on our boat and dive as much as we could.  Since fishing was above the water, we wanted to know how you could fish under the water and we learned about spearfishing.  But first I want to tell you why I chose to become a Scuba Diving Instructor.

     Over the years, I have read articles regarding other divers and their mistakes and/or accidents they have faced while diving.  I began to think about it, I would never want myself, friends, loved ones, or even strangers to make the same mistakes that those divers made that potentially could have been life threatening & at times were life threatening.  So, I went and became a NAUI Dive Instructor.   

     Later on, I chose to cross over as an Instructor through SDI/TDI (Scuba Diving International, Technical Diving International).  SDI/TDI were the only facility to hand out a waiver to teach weightbelt removal.  Unfortunately,  you will have to sign up for my class to hear the story behind how the waiver came about!  Weightbelt removal is one of several safety techniques you will learn in my class.
 
     As an Instructor I wanted to make sure that I had as much knowledge of scuba diving as I could possibly learn so I would be able to train individuals properly & safely.  Not only am I a Scuba Diving Instructor, I am a Master Captain which allows me to run up to a 20 ton Vessel.  Additionally, I am a Shore and Beach Diving Instructor, Computer Nitrox Instructor, Underwater Hunter and Collecting Instructor, Underwater Navigation Instructor, Wreck Instructor, Drift Dive Instructor, Deep Diving Instructor, Computer Instructor, Boat Diving Instructor, Marine EcoSystem Awareness Instructor, CPR 1st Instructor, Night-Limited Visiblity Instructor, Search and Recovery Instructor, CPROX Instructor, Diver Propulsion Vehicle Instructor, Underwater Photography Instructor and Nitrox Gas Blender.
